Why come to mypetstop?

For some pet owners, it's because of our staff.
You only have to be shown round on the tour to see the passion and enthusiasm our staff have for the job. Put simply, our staff love caring for and spending time with animals.

For others, it's the reassurance we provide.
Every pet has a daily health check and an up-to-date log is kept of when they were last fed, walked and given medication etc. (Thankfully it's rare that pets get ill while with us, but the majority of our centres have a on-site vet, just in case.) As a matter of course we bring in more staff as the number of pets we have staying with us increases – so each pet gets the daily attention they deserve.

With modern, double-glazed & heated boarding apartments as standard, you can rest assured your pet is going to be comfortable in your absence. There are also the optional extras, like a personal TV set, so your pet can live the life of luxury while you're away! is it any wonder we like to call it '5-Paw' Accommodation?

But we like to think that the best judges are the pets themselves.
As long as we keep getting wagging tails and contented purrs we know we're doing a good job.

Services

It's not just our fantastic boarding facilities (for dogs and cats to small animals and birds), mypetstop also offers a whole lot more besides.

Like training, to help your dog to become better behaved. The courses we run are for dogs of all ages and abilities, and are a mix of group tuition and one to one sessions. Plus, it's not just your dog who benefits – as you train together you'll have loads of fun and develop a closer bond.

We've also a fully-equipped, professional grooming salon, complete with well-ventilated preparation rooms, walk-in baths and a large styling area. So it's never been easier to keep your pet's skin and coat healthy.

Whether it's Day Creche (similar to our boarding service except your pet does not stay overnight) or Doggy Day Camp (a huge indoor arena, with other friendly dogs, lots of balls & equipment and a few fun-loving carers), our Day Care is a great way of making sure your pet is looked after and entertained while you're out.

And did you know that hydrotherapy is one of the best forms of exercise dogs can take part in? It's ideal to increase flexibility, build strength, recover from illness or injury and even lose weight. mypetstop's large, fully-equipped pools are a warm 27-29 degrees and have seen all kinds of dogs leave with a big, wet smile on their face. Not surprising when you consider that a 5 minute swim is the equivalent of a 5 mile run!

Free Trial Day

Leaving your pet somewhere new can be daunting for both of you. That's why we give every pet the option of a FREE Trial Day.

It gives both of you the chance to meet the team, check out the facilities and soak up the atmosphere before your pet's stay. This process is a great way to put your pet at ease and leave you in no doubt that they'll be fine with us.

All we state is that your Trial Day must be booked before a boarding stay and is not used as an extra day added on to your pet's stay.

Of course, you're not obliged to make a booking after your trial, but once you've seen what's on offer, we're sure you'll want to have another visit!
